AdsZera is a software tool provided by NOVELTY POINT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. It is not the advertiser, advertising agency, financial institution, or joint operator of your business. Checking the registration box is your confirmation of the statements below.

By creating an AdsZera account or using the service, you declare that:

  • You are solely responsible for all advertising content, creatives, copy, destinations, and offers you create, upload, or publish through AdsZera.
  • You are solely responsible for your products, services, and business qualifications in every country or region you target.
  • You own, or are fully authorized to use, every ad account, Business Manager, Page, pixel, catalog, identity, and payment method you connect or ask the service to use.
  • Where your product or offer is regulated, you hold the licenses and qualifications required in each target country.
  • You will comply with the laws of each target country, including advertising, consumer, gambling, financial, privacy, and intellectual-property rules that apply to you.
  • You will comply with Meta, TikTok, Google, and any other publisher policies that apply to the accounts you connect.
  • You will tell AdsZera promptly if a publisher restricts an account you use with the service, or if you receive a complaint, investigation, or legal claim about that advertising, and you will provide information we reasonably request to decide whether to continue the service.
  • AdsZera does not undertake to pre-clear or endorse your ads, and does not provide legal, financial, or compliance advice.
  • If your use of the service creates legal, policy, or safety risk, AdsZera may suspend API access, ad publishing, and account access as described in the Suspension Policy.

This declaration is part of the Terms of Service. Agreeing to it does not make unlawful activity lawful, and does not require AdsZera to continue providing the service if we believe the account is being used unlawfully.
