Suspension and Termination Policy

This policy explains when AdsZera may pause or end access. It restates the Termination section of the Terms of Service.

What we may suspend

Account access: login, refresh tokens, and dashboard use.
API access: AdsZera APIs, including MCP / AI client tools that act on your tenant.
Ad publishing: campaign, ad set, ad, and bulk publish jobs.

When we may suspend or terminate

You violate the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Customer Compliance Declaration, or applicable law.
A connected platform (including Meta, TikTok, or Google) restricts the account or the activity would expose AdsZera to legal liability.
We receive a credible complaint, takedown notice, or other evidence of fraud, cloaking, infringement, or unlawful advertising.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, the right to use the service stops immediately.

Immediate action: AdsZera may suspend or restrict access without prior notice when we believe continued use violates law or publisher policy, or could harm the platform or other users. A contract or checkbox cannot make knowing participation in unlawful activity lawful.
