NOVELTY POINT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED provides AdsZera AI as an advertising technology SaaS platform. You may not use the service to create, publish, automate, cloak, or otherwise facilitate ads or traffic that violate law, Meta, TikTok, or Google policies, or this policy. This page restates and expands the Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content sections of the Terms of Service.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to use AdsZera to:
- Fraud or scams: create or promote fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive advertisements or landing experiences.
- Illegal gambling: advertise or operate unlawful betting, casino, or gambling activity in the jurisdictions you target.
- Illegal financial activity: promote unlicensed money services, illegal investment schemes, or other unlawful financial products.
- Money laundering: move, conceal, or layer funds through advertising spend or AdsZera features.
- Account trading: buy, sell, rent, or lend ad accounts, Business Managers, Pages, or pixels to evade a publisher restriction.
- Unauthorized assets: use an ad account, Page, pixel, identity, or payment method you are not authorized to use.
- Infringement: use trademarks, copyrights, personal likenesses, or other intellectual property you do not have the right to use.
- Counterfeits: advertise counterfeit, replica, or other goods that misrepresent their origin.
- Prohibited goods: advertise illegal drugs, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, weapons, adult sexual content, or any sexual content involving minors.
- Deceptive media: use deepfakes, synthetic endorsements, or other media that deceive people about a person's identity, statements, or approval.
- Malicious cloaking: show reviewers, platforms, or AdsZera a different destination, offer, or creative than the one shown to users.
- Evading media review: disguise, rotate, or fragment content in order to bypass Meta, TikTok, Google, or other publisher review.
- Unlawful collection of personal information: harvest, buy, or process personal data in violation of applicable privacy law.
- Resale and abuse: resell the service, or scrape, probe, or overload AdsZera or a publisher API.
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or Meta, TikTok, or Google advertising or platform policies.
- Target sensitive categories in discriminatory ways, or advertise content that those platforms prohibit.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to AdsZera, publisher APIs, or other users' accounts, or to harm the service.
This list is not exhaustive. You are responsible for the ads, products, business qualifications, and target-country laws that apply to your campaigns. AdsZera does not undertake to review or approve your content before it is sent to a publisher. We may refuse or suspend use when we believe it creates legal, policy, or safety risk, as described in the Suspension Policy.
