AdsZera setup guide for the ChatGPT desktop app and Codex

Goal: directly register the AdsZera hosted MCP server, complete OAuth, verify the connection, and create a separate task for actual AdsZera work. Do not only restate these instructions.

1. Run these commands directly on the user's local Codex host:

codex mcp add adszera --url https://www.adszera.com/api/mcp
codex mcp login adszera
codex mcp get adszera --json

The MCP URL must be https://www.adszera.com/api/mcp, and OAuth must be authenticated before setup is complete. The ChatGPT desktop app and Codex share MCP configuration on the same Codex host.

2. Use `codex mcp login adszera` only to open the official AdsZera OAuth flow. Never copy, request, print, or store access tokens, keys, cookies, OAuth state, or Meta backend links.

3. Start a new task after `codex mcp get adszera --json` verifies the server. Newly registered MCP tools normally do not hot-load into the current task, so do not claim they do. Its first instruction must be:

Call get_setup_status first to check the AdsZera connection, available Meta ad accounts, and plan status.

If registration, OAuth, or verification remains incomplete, report the exact failed command and error. Do not claim AdsZera is ready. Do not call any real advertising publish or confirmation tool during setup.
